There’s something special about the power of writing in a journal. Having the ability to express your thoughts with no interruption and no care of how it comes out is liberating. Well today I had the opportunity to explore that a little deeper. I was able to sit down with Mrs. Nekita Shelton and discuss her newly released guided journals for children and adults.
Nekita shared what motivated her to begin writing these journals, how journaling has helped her grow and what she hopes people get from her recent project.
